4. It can make your allergies worse.

If you are allergic to dust or have other respiratory conditions, sleeping in old pajamas can cause serious harm. Dust mites eat dead skin cells, so they can be attracted to your mattress and pajamas, causing breathing problems. If you’re allergic to dust, it’s a good idea to change your pajamas at least every other night.
