2. Rectal problems such as hemorrhoids

According to doctors, sitting on the toilet for 1 to 15 minutes is normal. Spending more time on it can put unnecessary stress on your rectum. Hemorrhoids are one of the most serious symptoms after rectal prolapse.

In the latter case, your rectum will begin to slide. As scary as it sounds, doctors don’t consider it an emergency unless you don’t treat it promptly.

3. You don’t have to practice mindfulness on the toilet.

Phone calls not only put your brain in stress mode, but also distract you from your daily activities. If you need a break during the day, try meditation or do some exercises. By activating your body, you also activate your brain. Also, when you eat, try to enjoy it instead of rushing it.

If meditation isn’t your thing, you can turn to books. When you read, focus on the words rather than your phone. You simply remove yourself from everything that is bothering you and immerse yourself in another world.
