1- Wear pads all-day
Experts do not recommend wearing pads all day. They should be replaced every 3-5 hours. Also, the pads should be changed every 4 hours, preferably every 2 hours if they are too heavy. For menstrual cups, the recommended wearing time is 4-6 hours.
