A well-fitting bra provides support and reduces pressure on your breasts. A suitable bra should reduce breast movement but not be so tight that it restricts blood flow. Always wear a bra during high-intensity activities such as running. Remember, you don’t have to wear it all the time, for example, when you’re just going for a walk.
